We’re a cooperative. We’re owned by you, the members we serve. That means you have a say in how your cooperative is ran.
Our Board of Trustees, comprised of members from your community, are elected by the members. And with members in charge, you know decisions are made in your best interest and the best interest of your community. We are here to serve your energy needs. As a member, you will always be first and you share an equal voice in your cooperative. Welcome to Rolling Hills.
If you are experiencing an outage, please call 785-534-1601 or 800-530-5572.
Your call will be answered by an employee of Rolling Hills Electric. If there are several outages, you may receive a busy signal. Continue calling until you visit with an employee or dispatcher. If you have downed power lines, stay clear and do not touch the line or pole.
Please provide the dispatcher with the name on the account, an account or meter number and address or a location. This greatly assists the dispatcher when contacting the lineman.
High School juniors are invited to apply now for the Youth Tour to Washington, D.C., in June and the Cooperative Youth Leadership Camp near Steamboat Springs, Colorado, in July. In addition to the all-expenses paid trip, the top two youth will receive a $500 scholarship upon completion of their trips and high school graduation.
