High School sophomores and juniors are invited to apply now for the Cooperative Youth Leadership Camp near Steamboat Springs, Colorado, in July. In addition to the all-expenses paid trip, the youth will receive a $1000 scholarship upon completion of their trip and high school graduation.

Are you eligible for the trip of a lifetime?

  • All high school sophomores and juniors whose parents or guardians reside on Rolling Hills Electric Cooperative, Inc.’s power lines are eligible to apply.
  • Contestants must complete and submit the entry form below by Dec. 30, 2024. A paper copy can be downloaded and mailed or delivered to: Rolling Hills Electric Cooperative, Inc., Attn: Lisa Colson at 3075B U.S. Highway 24, P.O. Box 339, Beloit, KS 67420. 
  • Contestants will be e-mailed an entry packet after entry date passes. Finalists will be chosen from a completed application, résumé, open-book quiz and short essay.
  • Finalists will be interviewed to determine winners (time and date to be announced).
  • Trip winner will be expected to speak at Rolling Hills Electric’s Annual Meeting in April. 

Apply by December 30, 2024, for a chance to attend  Cooperative Youth Leadership Camp in 2025.
